Top 10 Comic Book Games
With heroes like Batman, Iron Man, and the Hulk currently tearing it up in the box office, films based on comics and graphic novels are in the midst of a renaissance of sorts. While an awesome film adaptation is not usually indicative of a great game (Batman Begins, anyone?) there are still some games out there that not only successfully put you in the shoes of your favorite hero, but make sure you have a pretty fun time doing it. Here’s a look at some great comic adaptations:

 

The Punisher
Frank Castle’s console adventure was closer to the anti-hero than the film it tied into, right down to the copious violence and the, ahem, interesting interrogation engine.
Ultimate Spider-man
From the storyline to the great aesthetic style, Ultimate Spider-Man was as true as they come.
Marvel vs Capcom 2
Loaded with myriad characters from the Marvel Universe, the second MvC game was everything that a Marvel fan would want in a fighting game.
