EDISON, N.J., November 14, 2005 – Zombies invade New York City and the PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system as Majesco Entertainment Company (NASDAQ: COOL), an innovative provider of digital entertainment products and content, and acclaimed development group, Planet Moon Studios, today announced that Infected™ will ship to stores tomorrow. Available exclusively for the PSP system, Infected™ is a fast-paced, over-the-top shooter that allows players to infect opponents’ PSP systems with their custom character via thrilling wireless multiplayer victories.

Majesco is supporting the launch of Infected™ with its multi-faceted “Zombify” marketing campaign which includes page and 1/3 print advertisements, online banners and promotions, wild postings, and a viral email campaign that allows gamers to “zombify” their friends. Majesco has partnered with Roadrunner Records on the in-game soundtrack, and has distributed a co-branded Enhanced CD Sampler to music and game fans. It’s Christmas time in New York City and a strange virus has appeared turning seemingly normal citizens into the insane, violent infected. Rookie Officer Stevens is one of the first victims, but unlike others, is strangely immune. The mysterious Dr. Schaeffer discovers that Stevens’ blood can be used to destroy the otherwise invincible infected, and creates a special “viral gun” that fills shells with blood from Stevens’ arm and blasts them straight into the infected , causing them to violently explode.

Featuring an engrossing single-player campaign with lavishly gory details, Infected™ also unlocks the world of wireless via exciting multiplayer modes. After creating their unique character or avatar, players can compete in multiplayer modes PSP system to PSP system or via the internet. Those who are victorious can “infect” the loser’s PSP system with their avatar; infected players then spread their avatar to others through multiplayer games. Players will be able to go online to track how far their avatar has spread.
